      The Ukraine portion of the Russian church has already disassociated with Kirill and started their Ukrainian Orthodox Church, but not all the Priests are for it, Ukraine arrested one recently for pushing the Russian narrative on the war. You could also, and I would argue that Kirill is already the state-sponsored and approved head of the Church because he was “allegedly” FSB like Putin.
