I’ll breathe a sigh of relief once he’s in jail. Before then, he’s a criminal walking around with no justice. How many times is he going to get away with the law?
Once he’s in jail, AND disqualified from running on any civil position of any level
Plus it’s Georgia. What are the chances there isn’t one Fox-addict on the jury?
Because it’s Fulton county. That makes a huge difference.
I hope this doesn’t make me regret opposing Milton County.
Question - I saw someone leaked the charges. could this impact the trial at all? like, could he claim it was improper and therefore get the whole thing thrown out?
I am honestly asking because I am not good at understanding the law lolHe can, and will, claim all sorts of shit.
But no - the courts wouldn’t just “throw everything out” over that.
this is a relief haha.
I’m not a lawyer so take this with a big grain of salt, but the charges get read at the beginning of the trial so it’s not much of a spoiler. It’s hard to imagine this would have an appreciable impact.
ohhh okay so thats how it works.
thanks! im not a lawyer either (obviously LOL) but this makes sense. I can still see the orange turd make a stink out of it though
