German Bundestag MP from the opposition Christian Democratic Union (CDU) political party Roderich Kiesewetter has responded sharply to the latest statements by his fellow party member, Saxony minister-president Michael Kretschmer.
These idiots keep courting AfD voters trying to tell them what they want to hear. Not realizing
a) These people hate your party no matter what you say
b) it just makes it look like you have no platform of your own
Why would any AfD voter who is at least tepid about the CDU vote for you if they can get what they want from the AfD??
Kretschmer is gonna be more memeable than surprised pikachu when he loses his entire state to Nazis.
Unfortunately both Kiesewetter and Kretschmer are just too sides of the same coin. They are both stupid liars just saysing what they thing their voters want to hear.
Kretschmer’s musing about the consequences of providing missiles that can target Russian territory is of course bullshit and he knows it.
But so is Kiesewetter’s idiocity about 450 Taurus that can be made ready for Ukraine short-term. No, you f****ng moron. The Bundeswehr bought about 600 a long time ago. They still have ~150. The other 450 are not dusting away on some shelf because the soldiers are too stupid to store them properly. They were used up in live firing that is part of pilot training over last nearly two decades. And of course he knows it.
I understand Ukraine’s wish to listen to the guy telling them what they want to hear but in the end, they are both just liars. In a party of liars in opposition and doing everything they believe will bring them votes with one group or another.
And in reality both hurt the actual discussion filling it with falsehoods from two opposite sides of a spectrum and just mudding the waters.
