“Good Trouble Lives On” demonstrations against President Donald Trump and his administration’s policies are scheduled to take place across the U.S. on July 17.
Okay, now this is good. We need to start protesting during weekdays. It won’t affect businesses negatively on the weekend.
Time to get real. Remember: Mobilization is easier than organization. If you can get the names of ten people you meet at the protest, establish a coordinated effort together.
Also, ten protests of a 1000 people all over a city are more difficult for Feds and Police to cover than one protest with 10,000 people.
This is a good progression, but I think we need a general strike. These arseholes will not leave willingly and simple protests seem too polite. Public pressure is not enough. There needs to be corporate pressure. Heavy corporate pressure.
Agreed. But with the way everyone in this country needs to both be led by the hand and has to slow-walk their way into and out of everything, I’ll take what I can get.
I’m with you there.
This rocks - I’ll be there! The protests are therapeutic and our numbers are increasing. See you on the street, dear reader. We are many.
Excellent! We need to do a protest at least once a month going forward.
