reasons to transfer are the equipment they work with (modern), a doctor who works there who told me I’d be a good fit and not having to deal with angry patients or families who think I’m a waitress and don’t understand that the ER is not first come first served.

Am I seeing it with rose colored glasses? I was also happy before transferring from oncology to ER. I learned a lot in the ER but there are way too many entitled patients.

Any reason to remain in ER or go to another completely different ward?
