Personally I love some cabbage and sausage cooked up in a nice fresh chicken broth. But I definitely can see where the smell would be a turn off for a lot of people 🤣

Doesn’t bother me either. Just reminds me of food and salad dressing.
The first person to think “hmm couple drops of this fish sauce in what I’m cookin might be good” had to be a little crazy. They were 100% right though lol.
Garlic and cumin. So versatile. Same for me. So many dishes from salsa to refried beans and salads. Gotta have garlic. Infinite possibilities.
My favorite salad. The whole meal looks great. Bet the pasta paired very well. Nice work.
Lack of butter tbh. Needed more seasonings too. At least some more pepper. Meh, it was still decent, not the best mash for sure. Hunger makes anything taste good lol.
Yep just steamed and salted/peppered. Should’ve put some butter/olive oil, more pepper, and maybe a little lemon and garlic on the veg. And definitely more butter in the potatoes. I think lack of butter is why the potatoes look kinda bland. Really it just came down to laziness 'cus I was so hungry I couldn’t wait haha.
Well I like all steak, wasn’t tryin to make it super rare but just with the time constraints and everything, it’s how it turned out.
I was so hungry I couldn’t find a plate that would fit all the food 😂
For sure, it got the job done.
Haha i was in a rush and it was the first cutting board within reach.
Usually not a fan of bottled dressings, especially with sugar. Just personal preference, to each their own. That being said, this looks really good.
Fresh summer squash is a real treat. Your grilled cheese looks like it hits as well 👌
After seein this, I realized I’ve been craving a good pie with olives and banana peppers for a while. Nice work, these look amazing!
The dough is just standard all purpose flour. I could maybe be more specific but I’m not knowledgeable enough about the different types to say. Probably about 5-8 hrs total rise time. Thank you for the response, by the way. There’s a lot of information for me to go through.
Much appreciated, interesting points about the dough. I’ll be reading up on that a bit.
Tried heating up the cast iron while I put on the sauce/toppings but it seems kinda tricky. Too long and the dough doesn’t retain a fluffy interior. With the right knowledge and timing I’m sure it can be done.
Thank you! I thought it looked pretty good too. I just can never seem to get that crisp look on the crust. Gonna try brushin it with some oil next time.
Looks absolutely delicious. Nice flavor combo on the salmon. I’ve always wanted to get a smoker.
