Technology@lemmy.world•America wants AI that doesn't care about misinformation, DEI, and climate change
22·3 months agoI disagree with that premise, America elected Trump under a democracy in which his view points were clear. He was elected to represent Americans and as such I think it’s fair to use Trump’s wants and America synonymously

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Does anyone use a Stream Deck for office work?
1·8 months agoMy only take on this is, the more frequent you change between tasks, the less efficient you become. I obviously don’t know what your job entails, but potentially if you can reduce the switching between projects, that may help efficiency and concentration?

News@lemmy.world•Coca-Cola Recalls Its Popular Zero Sugar Drink Because It Contains Full Sugar
64·1 year agoWell, I mean it’s not going to kill a diabetic if they consume sugar they weren’t anticipating… sure it might spike their levels higher than anticipated, but it would only cause harm long term if they didn’t monitor .
I’m not sure at the technical level, there’s definitely inconsistencies though. For example, you can’t watch youtube, but I would often get YouTube notifications. Yet, the block was still significant enough all of my “offline” videos stopped working because I hadn’t logged in for 30 days.
Could also get random updates from my national radio Edit: actually from memory could also access Kbin and peertube.
