you can have simple games without predatory monetization. that’s what OP is talking about.

ES6 will be fine. Starfield was doomed from the beginning because of the silly space exploration structure.
unless you already played it and want something new.
wasted too much time on starfield, FO76, and mobile games. that’s all they have released since 2018. and if you don’t count VR editions or special editions then you’re back to 2016 with FO4.
8 years of junk. They could have made TWO elder scrolls in that time.
if you (not you specifically but anyone reading) find this happens often enough to be debilitating you may benefit from seeing a psychiatrist for anxiety/depression medication. My wife was like that and it made an immediate difference for her.
They could at least try to end corporate personhood… make it so that corporations are not protected by the 1st amendment and don’t get free speech…
You’d need a supermajority to amend the constitution, and that is completely unrealistic.
Practically speaking, what is supposed to be done about it? It’s all protected by the first amendment. Even if they were to somehow pass a new kind of “fairness” legislation in a future blue wave, the stacked SCOTUS will strike it down.
“I’m unhappy, financially so I’m going to vote for the felon, racist, sexist, fascist” still doesn’t add up.
sure it does. people are not 100% rational. they will use motivated reasoning to justify whatever they need to vote for (what they perceive to be) their best interests.
I agree, I think it’s 100% inflation related which has nothing to do with Biden or Harris. And inflation is already back to normal, so Trump’s economy is going to look better having done nothing at all.
they think trump is better for the economy because Biden got fucked with the pandemic inflation fallout.
the fact that it’s even close is still disturbing.
The politics doesn’t belong in the media’s story and world. Like the creator(s) just added it in to push a message.
literally all of literature is created to push a message. who are you to say what “belongs” and what doesn’t? it’s their story.
agreed, there is so much lore more to criticize about this game but of course this is what gets headlines and rage clicks.

The BLS noted that the Boeing strike likely subtracted 44,000 jobs in the manufacturing sector
so I guess not just Boeing directly, but all jobs related to manufacturing of parts etc.
I was with you up until the shift away from multiplayer part. I do not see that happening at all, and I don’t even like multiplayer games myself. There’s no denying that more multiplayer has been the trend for the last 30 years, spanning multiple (people) generations, and I don’t see AI changing that.
be the change
“in over a century of successful use prior to the Arecibo Telescope’s collapse, all the forensic investigations agreed that such a spelter socket failure had never been reported.” The report went on: “The only hypothesis the committee could develop that provides a plausible but unprovable answer … is that the socket zinc creep was unexpectedly accelerated in the Arecibo Telescope’s uniquely powerful electromagnetic radiation environment.” In other words, the sockets’ role in suspending such a powerful radio transmitter somehow contributed to the 2020 catastrophe.
interesting.
they are using a different voice actor.
agreed. I’m just saying “simple” or “complex” has nothing to do with it.
