The cargo ship, named Atlantic Navigator II, is registered in the Marshall Islands, but has a largely Russian crew. It was forced to stop in Rostock due to propeller damage, where it encountered trouble with German customs agents due to its cargo of sanctioned goods.

Seize it all, including the ship, incarcerate the Russians onboard & sell everything off to the highest bidder.

    All proceeds go to Ukraine.

Violating sanctions is a crime, no? And at this juncture, are they not undocumented immigrants?

Personally, I’d rather not deal too harshly with the crew lest we deter others from surrendering their cargo, or worse, decide the they a better off attempting to complete their journey in an unseaworthy vessel. I’d prefer we don’t have a Russian oil & uranium spill.
