i’ve read an analysis where the result was that ru propaganda machine pushes many contradictory narratives for “enemy” audience (like eu countries) and single, coherent narrative for “friendly” audience (like domestic but also serbia). that single narrative doesn’t have to be true of course
Sounds about right. The internal narrative is to actually tell people what to think, the external just the “firehose of falsehood” to divide and distract.
