Are the trans kids allowed to sue for same? If they don’t feel safe with the tiny cis-bigots, can they sue for a bathroom(s) of their own?
Bigotry is not genetic, it is learned. I question the morality of their parents, their community leaders, to a lesser extent their teachers, and to a larger extent their school admin and school board.

I wish 15 year old me had a gay bathroom. Would have saved so much terror getting beat up for existing.
Honestly, I’m so fucking disappointed we don’t just have larger mixed gender bathrooms. It would have made things so much more comfortable growing up.
