Windows 11 v24H2 and beyond will have Recall installed on every system. Attempting to remove Recall will now break some file explorer features such as tabs.

I tried running the standalone, ran some script from Lutris but ended up with a broken wine config. Hopefully we can at least get that working without VR at some point.
