Situation also matters. This appears to be on a bus and between acquaintances. Do this same thing at home toward the adult child’s significant other and it becomes a funny thing parents do to embarrass their kids.

How is a meme newsworthy?
The tooth fairy put one of these under my kid’s pillow tonight. The thought is that he’s going to enjoy it more because it’s rare. It will end up in his piggy bank, out of circulation for who knows how long.

There’s an amusement park in Maine that does “after dark” a few nights per year. Adults only and they serve drinks. It’s marketed toward millennials who grew up going to the park. I haven’t been, but it seems popular.
Supply and demand shouldn’t apply to basic necessities like housing, food, water, and healthcare.
That’s the answer? Uproot my family, change the school that works well for my kids, and likely change jobs because land owners are greedy. Makes sense to me.
That’s not the issue where I live. Houses easily go for $300k+ here and the only rentals I can find are $3000/mo, and/or winter months only. You may say to just move, but I grew up in this area, I have the best job I’ve ever had and my kids’ school is helping them immensely. Shouldn’t I be able to find a modest 3 bedroom that’s affordable? We’ll I can’t.
Oh God. Back when I was dirt poor, I needed socks but I wanted to save money, so I wore them for two days, hanging them to dry overnight.
I ended up with athlete’s foot. Don’t skimp on socks.
I used to think Crocs were stupid. I
I was looking for indoor winter footwear for the cold floors: Slippers with socks were too hot. Slippers without socks were too sweaty and gross. Just socks wore out my socks too quickly.
I now have indoor Crocs. They’re great to regulate temperature.
Snakes: Easy Street.
Pretty sure he’s not needed if it’s the search for more money. It won’t be any good, but if they think it will make money…
