More people voted for Hillary but Trump won the electorate. We are caught in the ratcheting toward fascism by two parties playing us for fools, making us think they are enemies when they are all working for the same empire. I cannot in good conscience vote for a man letting a genocide happen. I cannot in good consience vote in an election that i know will not stop the amerikan empire from accomplishing its goals.

it absolutely does. every single worker that works under any labor agreement is making less than what their labor is worth. capitalism only works when you can make money off of how much someone is worth and not pay them the full amount. there is no incentive in capitalism to pay people what they are truly worth because that would mean no profit. she also profits off of countless years of technological advancements made by underpaid workers that allow her to have the production value and presence she has. i really find it hard to believe that people can’t just see the plainness of how this labor thing works. why would anyone start a business if they couldnt profit off of their workers?

So if you have the ability to spin up a docker container you can have a private invidious that is faster than youtube on a normal browser and more reliable than a public piped/invidious. Ive set it as default instance for all of my desktops that have freetube app.

Also just found out about grayjay for android which is a well made multi platform app and the fact its hosted on gitlab vs github is much appreciated. This means less chance of censorship considering micro$haft owns github

At this point both are being targeted by youtube and they will just keep rate limiting big public instances the more popular they get. I plan to spin up my own invidious instance sinxe i have the hardware and just plug freetube into it. Ill report back with some info on the reliability
