I won’t believe paying fast workers a liveable wage necessitates the rise in cost unless there’s hard data behind that. Sure, it’s likely a necessity to continue profit growth quarter after quarter, but I’d wager they’re able to continue making massive profits even with having to pay their staff like they’re humans.
I agree with you about fast food though. We’ll be better off without them. Fuck em.
Hey, I can edit too: You never said gross prior to your edit, you were talking about consumer costs. I’m still not yet a believer, but I Iove you :)
Hey now, it’s hard to find the right spot sometimes ;)
“Controversial Influencer…” I think you meant, “Alleged rapist, human trafficker, organized-crime participant, and confirmed misogynist Tate…”
I mean, runtimes can be a legit reason to say something’s not working.
Well played sir or madam. Well played.
That it’s silly to reply with disagreements for a question that’s asking for disagreeable opinions. 😉
Trip to FedEx the handful of times a year I need to print has served me well for years.

Yes, and UberEats in particular is big mad about it. It brings me joy to tap “Deny” everytime it asks me to turn them back on.
The only notifications I get are texts/calls, and a couple smart-home things that are set to warn me about temps or when a light-timer turns on or off. Not even social media, especially not social media, get to interrupt my day.
Why do you feel you need to convince them of anything? I totally get having your eyes opened to the broader spectrum of coffees available but end of the day it’s a preference based on subjective senses. Let 'em do them, what’s the harm?
Yeah, that’s pretty much everyone’s first response lol. It’s a final run of data for a year after all the changes have been frozen.
“Have we run the Quarter 5 data yet?”
It’s to help improve the user experience right? …right?
Yeah, if you’ve never stepped foot in the Diablo world don’t bother. I had a good time with the D4 campaign, I actually think that part shines but it’s maybe 30 hours of gameplay at best, even if you take a few detours along the way. Pretty steep price to game ratio.
Are they trying to nuke their game and community? Cause at this point, you gotta wonder if it’s intentional.
Because not everyone has had the experiences and education we have. Perhaps we should take the opportunity to educate rather than to shame.
