That’s all a sign of just how sick our society is. We can treat mental health, we can offer higher quality education, by doing so, we give a person the opportunity to elevate their socioeconomic status. These are largely key factors in criminal behavior. But instead we just lock up the criminal, because it’s cheaper. We can’t fix our society until the government stops prioritizing profit over health and education.

I wouldn’t say “very ugly.” I think it looks fine, especially for a game that’s been in development for 11 years.

It has a lot of jank, but considering what the game does, I think it does it exceptionally well. Especially considering you can pretty much count the number of open world, randomly generated zombie apocalypse games on one hand.

Trump also supports funding Israel. This election isn’t going to decide the outcome of that. Anyone not voting out of protest because of it is a fool. Look at the whole picture…

Gotta say, as much as i will bitch about my job, my work week is only 4 days as well. Because of the way our schedule is laid out, I have about 1 week straight off each month. If I time my vacations right, that extends to 2 weeks. Next month, I’m spending a week in Canada, but I’ll actually be off for half the month.

I’m always down for anything Castlevania, but each time they do one of these collabs, it gets my hopes up.

Bring it to Steam and I’ll care. Alan Wake is one of my favorites series, but I refuse to give Epic money because of their exclusive bullshit.

Incorrect… The storm actually ends after you get the Varia suit and the music turns from dark and brooding to more heroic.

It still wins for one of the moodiest openings to a game, in my opinion. It really makes me wish that Metroid leaned even harder into the horror stuff

From what I was able to find, Gearbox is fixing it/has fixed it? Depending on the price, I’d probably buy it and sit on it if it doesn’t work yet. The game has always been a little janky, but it’s crazy fun.

It’s really keeping us in a shitty place. One of the reasons I’ve stayed with this company so long was being on the forgiveness plan. With that taken care of, I could look into working with a private company and leverage the decade of experience I have into a better salary, but until it’s taken care of I can’t risk jeopardizing my repayment plan… It’s like being held hostage.
