Imo, guilt and/or fear is holding you back from the industry. Forgive yourself and everything else about the past situation somehow. Every job has the potential to be different even in the same industry. There are a lot of books and techniques that help to process blame, guilt and fear. This and what everyone else is saying.

It already has taken tons of graphic jobs. Also look up Graphite by IBM, it’s advertising to companies to hire them to do their code. Which would be taking code jobs. I kind of think people don’t understand how it’s going to be taken as far as it can be taken by these corporations. If half the populace loses their jobs, they just don’t care. I really don’t get on who they think is going to be all of these products and services if no one has jobs, but their following quarter might be better.

It’s important to you, so do it. If your partner wants the same, then they’ll do it for themselves. It may not even be important to them.

Avatar the Last Airbender was owned by Nickelodeon at the time of the movie, what’s your point? The creators of the movie Barbie rebranded it to what made tons of money.

Did you see the movie? It wasn’t really showing Mattel in the best light. I was surprised they let it go through.

I think it’s like Avatar the Last Airbender, they don’t want the movie being made without the original creators. The live action on Netflix did a great job with the mood of the locations and hiring the actors, everything else is pretty bad. They don’t want to see all their work bastardized. I get it.
