Austin too. “The terrible people of Texas” so all the people of texas who aren’t Republican are just nothing to you? This is a huge state with a ton of diversity in culture and opinion. The Texas GOVERNMENT is full of terrible people, and there’s enough terrible people to vote them in, but not every Texan I’d automatically terrible. Lol great way to tell everyone you think 400 bucks for a video game cosmetic is a reasonable thing to buy, and that everyone who can’t/won’t do that is broke. Its a bad look, this is cringe stuff that someone who’s never worked for their money would say. Real money, old money, doesn’t participate in this kind of behavior. Crypto never got this far, not even a little. It may or may not always be around in some form as alternative currency but I think that’s about all it will ever be useful for.

That sounds almost exactly like youre picking up radio signals. This exact thing has happened to me before, I even picked up a local religious station like I’m assuming you did. Some of the churches in my area have their own little radio broadcast antennas and thats why I think their signal was the one to cut through. Speakers and headphones have been been able to pick this stuff up for like as long as both technologies have existed. You’re not crazy and tons of people have been through this

Im going to use this comment to explain this idea to people. Im a lefty too and I grew up almost just like you. Whenever I try to explain this , it always comes out like I’m an apologist for all the crappy stuff they do and it makes people think I’m a closeted conservative. It cost money to develop games. They need some sort of income to do that. Otherwise it’s just a short while until the money runs out and the servers shut down. Game stays unfinished and unpolished forever.

Im gonna guess, is that a job where you advise a company on how to organize, store, and use “enterprise content” (im gonna guess that’s like internal materials like training stuff, internal tools/software)

Old=boomer sorry. That’s just the way it turned out, nothing we can do about it. Raging against new slang is just gonna make us more out of touch, and intensify the feeling of being old, so I just accept it and try to keep up. Boomer is old now, not just the Baby Boomers.

The NVIDIA drivers getting removed during an update has happened to me THREE times in the last 3 months. In that same time frame I saw an LTT video where they had the same problem, and now this meme with the same problem again. What the actual heck is going on here? I just run the system update command and it says it has to uninstall the drivers due to some conflict with a system package. Then it reboots to the screen in the right image above. Im still trying different distros and configurations but it’s almost enough to make me give up. As lame as windows is I can at least expect an update not to completely brick my system (most of the time).

It’s not just a car theft tool, its not really even intended for that. It’s just a neat little multi tool and it isn’t even close to the first or only device capable of repeating recorded codes. A hammer can be used to break into a car really easily and nobody’s ever called those “car theft tools disguised as hand-tools”
