Every now and then I see a parent having a tender moment with their child and I smile. I then reflect on whether my vasectomy/shirk of parenthood was the right choice.

I felt the same about BotW. At first I enjoyed the freshness and exploration but it quickly gave way to the sinking realization that it’s an empty world with smatterings of lifeless villages and MMO-style quests. Ew.

Indeed, alcohol abuse is so normalized it’s scary. I drink occasionally and rarely enjoy getting super drunk but it always annoys me when people base their whole personality off any sort of drug. Some people I otherwise really like would just constantly talk about drugs. It got very tiring and I eventually just stopped hanging out with them.

Tbh Kodi is just kinda a hassle in general. I much prefer Jellyfin and will probably ditch Kodi in favor of it in the near future.

It’s such a tragedy that we humans are surrounded by so many people yet have to endure such isolation. Just a few years ago I was practically completely isolated. I feel very fortunate to have sprouted and made a community. To have continued down that path of loneliness would have been incredibly hard.

Same here. I went through applying a 60 fps patch for dark souls 1 (cause I do prefer it) and once I hit a listed bug of getting flung off a ladder I unapplied that shit immediately. It’s not worth it.

That’s fair. Like the sibling comment says, it’s worth it for me. But not everyone has the ability to pay.
