    Workers at over 100 companies experienced greater job satisfaction and slept better once they switched to a shorter work schedule with no pay cut, researchers found.

    I mean… No shit? You could cut it to a zero day work week with no cut in pay and see job satisfaction skyrocket!

    Less sarcastically though, people adjust to things really well. Initially I’m sure everyone felt better. But does that continue after the novelty wears off? Or do they go back to feeling miserable about Jeff in accounting heating up fish in the microwave?
