Tapper was visibly disgusted after ex-Israeli ambassador Mark Regev victim-blamed nine members of a CNN producer’s family who were killed in Israeli airstrikes.

But Israel bombed the places they asked Gazans to go to. Where are they supposed to go?

They didn’t heed the updated maps. The situation is fluid since the terrorists are hiding in and under the civilization population.

Israel destroyed the internet and telephone infastructure in gaza so no one could communicate.

What air dropped maps are they supposed to follow and when are they supposed to follow them to not be killed indiscriminately? How did Israel make sure everyone had the current maps to ensure their safety from the bombing?

You said it was their fault for not going where Israel said to go, but now youre saying that Israel isn’t responsible for telling them where it’s safe to be? Which is it?

The local government is supposed to tell civilians where an invading army is going to bomb them when israel has purposely destroyed all telecommunications?

How would the local goverment know the invading armies plans? How would they communicate them to innocent families when all infastructure to do so was purposely destroyed?

Hamas won by a slim majority in 2006, was supposed to be part of a unity government with Fatah, who they then turned on and began murdering in 2007 and then took power by force. Many Gazans weren’t even born in 2006, nevermind old enough to vote.

You’re holding people accountable for something that they had no say in.

Per the news story. The IDF provided leaflets mapping out safe zones. Hamas should have provided these to it’s people and provided safe passage.

It’s funny that your name is a character from Star Wars. That reminds me…

All those people on Alderaan should have just left when the Death Star showed up, right? It’s actually a really good analogy. Thanks.

Darth Vader called 2 hours prior, told them all 45 billion of them Alderaans had to leave the planet. It’s not his fault, the Empire is the most moral army in the galaxy.

I find your comment to be supportive of genocide, murder, and apartheid. As a result, your character is disgusting and repulsive. May you be judged accordingly.

Looking for an excuse to ignore cruelty never reflects well on the person doing it. It alerts the reader that you understand what is happening is wrong and are going ahead with it anyways.
